Great news!  Setting up an account is completely free and takes less than 30 seconds.  Hit the ‘Get Account’ button at the top and follow the steps through to the Retailer area.  One of our team will verify your account within 24 hours and then you can start browsing our brands.  You will hear from us over email from time to time about exciting brand updates and other brand information.

The dashboard is full of interesting and useful information for our retailers and distributors. It includes the new brands who have recently joined the platforms, brand news and exciting product launches.

Yes, of course!  We encourage multiple buyers from the same company to sign up as our brand categories are varied. Please share our details with your team and your colleagues can each have their own login.

Yes, you can create your own personalised favourites list.  Click through to a brand you are interested in and click the heart to the right of the listing.  You can then browse your favourites from the top of the main screen.

Yes, click through to ‘All Listings’ and then you can filter by single or multiple product categories.

There are a number of ways for you to be introduced to brands that you are interested in.  You can add your name at the bottom of the brands listing, respond to an email we send about the brand or simply contact one of the team and we will introduce you over email.

Brands

Our team will check your listing and then your listing will be live  on The Brand Book within 48 hours.

Yes!  We appreciate that things change, maybe you have won a new award or have a new product or press to share.  We have tried to make the process as simple as possible:

  1. Login to your Brand Book account.
  2. Click on the Account button, top right. 
  3. Find the listing you wish to make changes to and to the right there is an ‘Edit’ button.
  4. Make the changes and hit save.
  5. The changes will be sent to our team and your listing will be updated within 72 hours.

The dashboard is full of interesting and useful information for our brands.  This includes new retailers & distributors who have joined The Brand Book, any events/webinars/opportunities/that we think you may find useful and interesting contacts, from warehousing & packaging to marketing and PR.

Retailers and distributors have their own account to view and save brands they like.  There are a number of ways for them to be introduced to you. They can at the bottom of your listing, respond to the emails/outreach we send about your brand or simply contact one of the team and we will introduce you over email.

We ask brands to share their retailer and territory ‘wishlist’ with us when they join. We will add this information to your brand file and make sure to include those retailers when sending our outreach emails.  Please always feel free to get in touch with one of our team.
